Welcome to Baby Café

Baby Café is a free breast-feeding support group led by breastfeeding specialists.

Pregnant and nursing/ pumping/ combo-feeding moms are welcome to come receive expert advice, meet other local moms and build community in our warm, welcoming Baby Café, all free of charge.

Bring your little(s), we’d love to have and support you!

Baby Café

Baby Café USA is a national organization of free lactation support groups with over 150 locations spanning 30 states. Our group meets every Tuesday for nursing support and encouragement. Our Baby Café is led by lactation experts with years of experience helping moms to successfully breastfeed their babies.

Keeping Pace is proud to partner with Mothers’ Milkbank Northeast as a breast milk drop-off location.

To donate your frozen milk, you must be registered with Mothers’ Milkbank Northeast and have an active identification number. If you would like to learn more about Mother’s Milkbank Northeast and become a registered donor, please see link below.

Breastfeeding 101

Prepare for breastfeeding with practical information, helpful techniques, and guidance designed to help you start with confidence.

Led by a Lamaze Certified Educator Registered Nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, this class is designed for expecting and new parents and will explore breast and bottle feeding, hunger cues, pumping, and feeding challenges. Learn practical tools to support healthy feeding routines.
