New Moms Support Group
Wednesdays, 2:00 PM- 3:00 PM
Sign up at a rate of $10 per class for the full session OR drop-in for $15 per class
Led by a postpartum doula and veteran triplet-mom. Congratulations and welcome to Motherhood! Finding your Motherhood Tribe can be difficult. We want to help you find your people! You’re invited to join us for support and encouragement as we cheer one another on in Motherhood! We will discuss feeding, sleeping, relationship changes, and adjusting to your “new normal”. This group is designed with brand new moms in mind and their infants. Registration is limited to small group setting.

Postpartum Support Group

Led by a postpartum doula and veteran triplet-mom. Moms supporting Moms. Join us Friday afternoons for this Postpartum Support Group.
You may bring your infant(s) with you.

This group is designed for any mom after the fourth trimester. The “fourth trimester” refers to the first 3 months after delivery. This group is scheduled after typical working hours so all may join. Join fellow working moms and postpartum doula, Deb Gelman, for continued postpartum support and encouragement! Babies in arms are welcome.

Working Moms Support Group
Saturdays: 10 AM - 11 AM

Being a parent is hard enough, let alone returning back to work after maternity leave. We want to support you in this transition as you balance a work schedule, commute, childcare, and being a new mom.
We'll discuss the emotional adjustments… Whether it be feeling guilty being back to work (all day away from your baby), working for financial reasons or just wanting to advance your career, and not lose…..”you”!

We will focus on the adventures of raising your child as a pre-toddler. Topics will vary weekly based on the group

This 1-hour class will meet once a week for new moms with non-mobile twin & triplet babies up to 9 months old. We know how being a first time mother of multiples can be scary, and often isolating. We want to help you meet other new MOMs, foster friendships, and help you truly enjoy your newborns!
